The car had many problems : I felt not at all safe in it. I Tried to phone many times to the car rental and never anybody answered.

Everything about the car was in line with what I wait! They accept my credit card insurance but I had the obligation (no choice for me) to buy "24 hours road assistance 1.95$Us per day so my cost for 14 days was 35$ all taxes included more then what I subscribe! I am realy mad about it because I did not want that cost and I think that when I buy something I should pay the amount agreed. Because you have no choice to decline that kind of cost should be included when you ask to submit a price

Le service est courtois et respectueux et le personnelle est agréable, j"étais un peu déçu car jai fait un retour a 23h et demandé le service de raccompagnement chez moi, mais ils ont refuse après me l avoir promis au moment du pick up, je devais cherché un taxi ou me débrouiller a 23h du soir a Casablanca

Budget tried to sell me insurance I didn’t need and the staff at the drop of place didn’t explained it at all.!! The car was not very cleaned and they have charged me the insurances on my credit card + my reservation who was already paid! I had to send lots of mails with my lawyer to get my refund! Be careful especially if your don’t speak very English because they take advantage. So I don’t want budget anymore! I had my money back 3 months after my trip! Budget and Avis are the same companies my same staff!! Again be careful

The drop of price works I saved a bit of money and the staff is very nice And helpful. They helped me with my problems with budget because budget didn’t reserved my car and charged me again for what I had already paid so EasyRentCars refund me. But I had to deal directly with budget for the insurances I didn’t want. Thanks to EasyRentCars to have found a solution

J avais choisi un modèle diesel vu que je comptais faire beaucoup de kilomètres et le diesel et moins cher donc déçu

ACE inexistant à l'aéroport de bordeaux, et je découvre au final que c'est une autre agence qui va me louer la voiture... parking en travaux avec mes deux valises à parcourir le parking pour trouver quel loueur représente ACE !!!!! une location réservée ou on me donne le choix entre deux voitures, j'en choisie une et on m'annonce que pour celle la c'est 10 euros de plus, sans compter le message insistant de l'agent qui veut absolument me faire souscrire une assurance complémentaire. Qu'en cas d'accident il m'en coutera une franchise. J'ai fait 10 h d'avion et j'ai vraiment autre chose à faire que de chercher l'agence partout, je suis fatiguée et je suis assez grande pour savoir que l'assurance en plus n'est pas une obligation. Surtout que vous avez des assurances et que vous outrepasser vos prérogatives de loueur en annonçant que la caution sera prélevée si il y a un accident avec un véhicule assuré tout risque. Formez mieux vos agents et ne prenez pas vos clients pour des imbéciles et affichez sur le bureau a bordeaux un panneau pour ne pas avoir a chercher vos bureaux.

After a 24 hr flight (arriving from France) it was difficult & confusing trying to telephone Aerodrive for a shuttle only to be told to take a taxi, pay the taxi by credit card and then be reimbursed. Yes, I was able to do all that because my first language is English, but even for me after a long tiring flight it wasn’t easy. Then the taxi couldn’t find the address 338 King st on his GPS!!! I was later told it was because Aerodrive hadn’t paid the bill to the shuttle operator that there were no shuttles. Really?!? I feel that there should be shuttles in place without having to telephone for a shuttle to arrive and also not have to then get a taxi. However, finally after arriving at Aerodrive the staff were very friendly & helpful and the car excellent.

Nothing particular to mention. it was quite quick and efficient, would definitely recommend this company for Lisbon Airport. Only negative point is to find the shuttle at the airport, but nothing else to mention
