"You really booked the car with just one dollar" My husband looked at the card bill and could not believe that there was only a 1.00 charge. There were many people at the counter. I rushed to finish the return and then went to my next plan. Later that day I was at my place and checked my credit card bill. I saw a fuel type charge that I did not understand at all. The amount was not small when I changed it to AUD. I was really confused. I searched my email and noticed that at the counter they had added some kind of package. The staff spoke very fast and I did not fully catch it. That night I contacted the platform support team. I sent the screenshots of the charge and explained that I already had my own fuel and charging records so I should not be charged that much. I thought they would just give me a standard reply. I was quite nervous at the beginning. Later I just thought if anything goes wrong I will ask them first.
