AVIS SUR LA LOCATION DE VOITURES EASIRENT

The car was ok,no problem ,the problem is , i had already paid. (153$ canadian $) June 20 and when i returned the car, i had a other bill of 674$.I know 500$ on this was for the deposit ,but what about the other 174$?. And the women i talked to, said i should go to my bank tu clarify this.

One of the worst rental experience for me. First the easirent phone line was always busy so I could not ask for a pickup at the airport . After waiting for 1:30 I finally see the shuttle bring some customers so I hop on it . Then the waiting at the counter was over 30 min . When I am at the counter they tell me I need to pay for the transponder which was not indicated in the rental agreement sonit doubles my car location price . Very very bad experience

The clerk at the counter try to become an insurance specialist and want to sell an insurance coverage: he refuse my insurance proof of 3 pages confirming coverages of all risks but i had to reach my insurance company in Canada to discuss with him and after over one hour of delay he accept to rent the car with my insurance proof but it has bee too hard

J’ai apprécié d’être surclassée. La voiture était spacieuse. Le seul problème est de m’avoir incité à restituer le véhicule avec le réservoir d’essence vide alors que je n’avais une location que pour 300 miles. J’ai donc payé plus en essence car j’ai rendu la voiture avec le réservoir plein au quart...

Car was great, service was good eventhough we waited a long time, security deposit was much too high and still waiting refund.

Everything was Perfect except for one thing, we souldnt pay extra for the second driver.

A l'arrivée sur place, on apprend tout ce qui n'était pas compris dans la réservation, à des prix exorbitants, le prix final payé est 6 fois supérieur au prix attendu. Ford focus réservée, Renault captur reçu, option plein - plein choisie, la voiture reçue n'avait pas le plein. Personnel aimable tant que l'on a pas encore payé. Une fois la carte retirée, antipathique. Personnel menteur par ailleurs (nous annonce un prix pour un plein "moins cher" car réalisé sur leur propre pompe à 66€! Le plein ne nous a en réalité dans une station normale coûté que 50€......)

Still waiting for my refund of 6 days.....
