Shuttle Bus Instructions COUNTER: AIRLINE PASSENGERS: Proceed to the Rental Car Shuttle Bus which will take you to the Rental Car Facility. The Budget counter is only open during regular business hours, however, the shuttle bus is available 24 hours a day. DISTANCE from terminal to car lot: 4 miles. LOCAL RENTERS: Follow signs for Car Rental Return which will guide you to the rental car facility. RETURNS: Same as pick-up. AFTER-HOURS RETURNS: Available. Return area is open 24 hours a day in a secured lot and staffed from 5am-10pm. When the return area is not staffed, customers can leave keys inside the vehicle. Do not lock the vehicle. Remember to take all your personal belongings with you. A vehicle that is returned after hours will be checked in when the location opens the next business day. If returning after hours when a location is closed, the customer is responsible for the vehicle until the satisfactory check in of the rental vehicle the next business day.
