AVIS SUR LA LOCATION DE VOITURES THAI RENT A CAR

On a eu un surclassement, du coup on repassera clairement par 200car la prochaine fois.

Super pratique, rien à redire.

La voiture était dans un piteux état au niveau de la carrosserie, ils ont mal mis un filtre UV sur le pare-brise d'où d'importants maux de tête...

My booking was cancelled when I arrived. It took them more than 30 minutes to find the original booking. Nevertheless the staff at the counter was friendly and helpful. Drop off was too long I had to wait 15 minutes in the car and I had to call them 3 times

Vraiment au top, les démarches étaient super simples et claires.

Good service for picking and collecting the car. However, it was not easy to find the place for leaving the car in Chiang Mai airport. Overall good experience.

Very Bad experience with the staff in charge of the car checking process as well as during the collect and pick up. No care about the customers, no professional behaviour when we ask information or have a claim. I had better experiences with their staff in Chiang Mai and Bangkok. Apparently their standards are not the same in all agences.

Taking caution Because the car not clean. I paye assurance but they taking my 5000 bath.

It was really easy to find and drop off the car I will réserve with easy rent and thai rent car next time
