Please note that if a flight number is not provided when placing the order, your vehicle may be arranged for pick-up at T2 Domestic Terminal . If you are arriving at T1 International Terminal, please inform the local office in advance. Europcar Counter Locations: International Terminal (T1) Virgin Terminal (T2) If the domestic counters are unmanned, please proceed outside of the terminal, take the Europcar shuttle to the Europcar office located adjacent to the domestic terminals. Due to unforeseen remedial works imposed by Sydney Airport on all vehicle rentals operating from the Domestic (T2 & T3) Terminal car park, there is a temporary location for pick-up and drop off via a free shuttle service. Does not affect car rental operations at the International Terminal (T1). Europcar customers arriving into T2 and T3 domestic terminals with a Reservation can proceed directly to the free Car Rental shuttle bus service which is located outside the T2 and T3 domestic terminals opposite the baggage carousel. The shuttle will take you to Europcar's vehicle pick up location at 47 Ross Smith Avenue Mascot. You should allow approximately 30 minutes for the expected travel time for the shuttle bus trip. Customers without a booking must arrange a car rental at the Europcar rental desks located within the T2 and T3 Domestic terminals prior to accessing the free shuttle bus service. Only customers with an existing car rental booking will be able to access the free shuttle bus service to Europcar's new location for vehicle collection.
