Pick Up Instructions Between 08:00am - 05:30pm When you arrive at the airport, please click visit our Shuttle Requests page (www.snaprentals.co.nz/pickup) From here you will be able to order your free airport shuttle. Please allow 10-15 minutes for pick up - our depot is located approx. 5 minutes from the airport. Please note: This service is only available during Snap's business hours (08:00am - 05:30pm). Instructions for after-hours pick ups are included later in this email. Pick Up Location Please make your way to Door 2 of the Domestic Terminal. Directly outside of Door 2 there is a row of bus shelters - the shuttle will arrive here once requested. Keep an eye out of the blue & white Snap Shuttle! Other Shuttle Request Options Text - Please txt Christchurch and your name to 4989. e.g. "Christchurch Joe Bloggs" Phone - Please call 0800 288 699 or +64 9 275 2438 and we will collect you After Hours Pick Up Information (5:31pm - 7:59am) If you are collecting your Snap Rentals vehicle after our business hours of between 8:00am and 5:30pm - you will need to contact our After Hours Pick Up team. All After Hours Pick Ups must be prearranged and are NZ $40.00 (including airport transfer). If you do not have an After Hours Pick Up listed on your confirmation please contact us and we can add this to your booking. Once prearranged, when you arrive in Christchurch you will need to contact Airpark Canterbury on 0800 24 77 27. We will charge the full amount due for the rental on the working day before your rental begins - using the credit card you have supplied when booking. To ensure your vehicle will be waiting for you at our after hours service, please ensure there are adequate funds on this credit card.
