Once you collect your luggage and are ready to go, please call (07) 3062 7439, so we can send the Shuttle Bus on its way to pick you up. If your flight is delayed, please notify us as soon as you can so we can provide you with an after-hour pick-up instructions. Once in the shuttle pick-up area, look for the Purple Shuttle Bus with Alpha Car Hire logos. Our Shuttle Bus can take up to 9 people at once. Domestic terminal meeting point: Exit the Terminal and make your way to the Skywalk bridge; Once on the sky walk bridge, take the second set of escalators on the right down to B1/B2 ground level bus zone; The Alpha shuttle bus will pick you up. International terminal meeting point: Turn left into the arrivals hall; Look for the coach departure sign and exit the terminal; Proceed down the ramp and follow the signs to Bay 3, Bay 4 (B3, B4); The Alpha shuttle bus will pick you up.
