This airport has been undergoing a major renovation which prevents our Hertz shuttle busses from coming to pick you up at Terminals B, C and D. In case you aren’t familiar with this airport, we wanted to reach out and provide you with some information that may be useful in navigating your way to our facility. If your flight is arriving at Terminal A: Proceed outside to the right, the Hertz shuttle bus will take you to the facility from there. If your flight is arriving at Terminal B or C: Proceed outside from baggage claim to catch the Port Authority shuttle bus which will take you to Terminal A. If your flight is arriving at Terminal D: Proceed outside from baggage claim and head right toward Terminal C. From there you can follow instructions listed above. Things to keep in mind: Most signage in the terminals do not mention Rental car. When you get off your flight you will want to follow signs for Shuttles and busses, or Ground transportation as depicted below. If this type of signage does not become evident right away head towards Baggage claim. Please make sure to read the pillars and signage outside of baggage claim. There are different waiting points for taxi/ car service, shuttles, and MTA. When waiting for your shuttle bus, please make sure to read the message displayed on the front of the bus. You want to make sure you get on one that goes to ALL TERMINALS. If you're not sure you can ask the driver or one of the Port Authority attendants outside.
