You must show your Hertz Rental Agreement to the shuttle bus driver to avoid being charged to use the shuttle service. Note, please do not use the Manchester Airport car hire shuttle bus to the car hire village.

    EU/EEA driving licenses are valid for car rental across the EU/EEA, as well as in Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

    Original driving licence + International Driving Permit (IDP)

    Please note that an International Driving Permit (IDP) is only a translation. You must present your original driving licence together with the original IDP at the counter — photocopies or scanned copies are not accepted.

    UK Driving License（with DVLA check code/DVLA endorsement record）

    In addition to your licence, either a valid and up to date DVLA licence check code or a printed DVLA endorsement record must be provided for all Approved Drivers. These can be obtained from the DVLA website (www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence).
