Proceed to the Avis rental counter. Show your drivers license and identify yourself as a Preferred Renter to the Avis rental agent in order to receive your preprinted rental document and keys. DELIVERY OR PICK-UP: There is no available car rental parking at the Loews Hotel so the vehicle reserved will be delivered to the hotel and or rented from our nearest Avis location at 811 Spruce St. Please call the rental office when you are ready for the car to be delivered. The vehicle will be delivered at time requested for Preferred, Preferred Plus, and Presidents Club Members. For all other customers with reservations that do not hold an Avis status mentioned above, a shuttle will pick the customer up upon time requested and bring you to our nearest location at 811 Spruce St to complete the rental process. All customers will meet an Avis associate in the roundabout in front of the hotel for delivery of vehicle or for shuttle pickup.
