COUNTER: WALK-UP RENTERS/LOCAL RENTERS: Book your reservation for and proceed to the nearest Budget location at this address: Fashion Center at Pentagon City, 1100 S Hayes St., Arlington, VA 22202. AFTER-HOURS RETURNS: The return lot is staffed starting at 4:30 AM for rental car returns. The Budget shuttle bus also operates to take customers to the terminal. After-hours returns are not allowed between closing time & 4:30 AM.
