Airport Terminal Instructions COUNTER: Terminal 1 - Lindbergh Terminal: Follow signs to baggage claim area. Go down 1 level to Ground Transportation building & follow signs to the rental car tram. Exit tram & follow signs to the silver ramp elevators or escalators to the 1st floor to the rental car counter. Once the transaction is complete the customers will proceed to the 5th floor to the ready stalls where our vehicles are located at Terminal one. Terminal 2 - Humphrey Terminal: Follow airport signs to the Ground Transportation Center which is across the street from the terminal. During modified Hours of Operation (9 a.m. to 10 p.m.) proceed to the Rental Counter on street level or proceed through the building to Level M. Outside of this timeframe, all other Customers need to proceed to Terminal 1 for assistance. Hours of Operation at Terminal 1 are 6am to 1am. TIME: Terminal 1 - Tram ride is approx. 2 minutes WALKING DISTANCE: Terminal 1 - Tram exit to counter is approx. 200-250 feet. WALK-UP RENTERS: Follow airport signs for Rental Car Return. VEHICLES: On-site. RETURNS: Follow signs marked "Car Rental Returns". AFTER-HOURS RETURNS: Available. Charges May Apply. Park inside the secured lot. Leave the keys in the vehicle and a receipt will be emailed to you; please DO NOT lock the vehicle. Don't forget to remove all your belongings from the vehicle prior to returning the keys. A vehicle that is returned after hours will be checked in when the location opens the next business day. If returning after hours when a location is closed, the customer is responsible for the vehicle until the satisfactory check in of the rental vehicle the next business day.

Driver's licenses printed in a non-Roman alphabet (such as Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc.) must be accompanied by an International Driving Permit.

  An English translation must be provided on the back of the driver's license.
