AIRLINE PASSENGERS: The MIA Mover has replaced the Rental Car Center shuttle bus service previously in operation. There are NO counters located in the Arrival Terminals. ALL CUSTOMERS must follow signs to the baggage claim area. Then customers must exit the concourse level and take an elevator to Miami's third level moving walkway, which connects to the MIA Mover. The walk time from the airline arrival area to the tram could be as long as 15 minutes. The MIA Mover is about a 4 minute ride and will transport you to the Rental Car Center on level 4 where the counters are located. Once off the tram, Budget is located across the lobby area. Note:Since Mar 2025, from the Miami International Airport authority has informed us that the MIA Mover train is out of service until further notice. Shuttle services are available between the MIA Rental Car Center and the terminal until the train is operational. Additional personnel will be on-site to assist travelers with directions. CARS: Located on Level 2 of the Rental Car Center.

Driver's licenses printed in a non-Roman alphabet (such as Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc.) must be accompanied by an International Driving Permit.

  An English translation must be provided on the back of the driver's license.
