Airport Terminal Instructions COUNTER: The Budget office is now located within walking distance and customers are no longer required to take a shuttle bus. Customers can proceed to the baggage claim area to collect luggage then proceed down to Level 1 and walk across to the new facility. CARS: Located on 2nd floor of the parking deck. RETURNS: Same as pick-up. AFTER-HOURS RETURNS: Available. The After Hours drop box is bolted in the ground next to the Fastbreak booth in the return garage. The customer needs to fill out the rental jacket portion stating the date/time of return, email address, and ending mileage then place the contract and keys in the drop box. We will e-mail a receipt to the customer once the contract is closed out.
