Airport Terminal Instructions COUNTER: Airline Passengers-Counter is located directly across from baggage claim in airport terminal. Vehicles are parked in parking lot. Local Renters-Going NORTH on Freeway 101, take the 217 Freeway towards UCSB. Take the Sandspit exit and turn right. Going SOUTH on the 101 Freeway, exit at Fairview. Location is on Fowler Rd. CARS: Walk through hallway, out to the parking lot for car rental parking stalls. RETURNS: Drive past rental building around to the car rental parking lot in the back. NOTE: The parking lot in the front is for employee parking only. AFTER-HOURS RETURNS: Allowed. Park & lock the car. Place the completed contract & keys in the drop box located on the Budget counter inside the terminal. Access to the return lot and counter is available 24 hours.

Driver's licenses printed in a non-Roman alphabet (such as Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc.) must be accompanied by an International Driving Permit.

  An English translation must be provided on the back of the driver's license.
