All customers with confirmed bookings please proceed to the Hertz desk or self service kiosk in order to complete your rental agreement. Terminal 1 - Exit from customs, the Hertz self service kiosk on your right. Terminal 2 - Exit from customs, the Hertz self service kiosk is behind you on the right. Terminal 3 - Exit from customs and walk to the main terminal concourse, the Hertz self service kiosk in on your right. Terminal 4 - Exit from customs, the Hertz self service kiosk is on your right. Terminal 5 - Exit from customs, Turn right, the Hertz self service kiosk Then please use the Hertz Courtesy Bus to be taken to the Hertz pick-up and return location. The bus stops are located outside the terminals: Terminal 2 - Bus stops 7 and 8 Terminal 3 - Bus stop 17 Terminal 4 - Bus stops 21,22 & 23. Lane 3 phone/ iPad Communication available Terminal 5 - Bus stop 26 and 27 Journey time is approximately 15 minutes for Terminal 1, 2, 3 and 4 and less than 7 minutes from Terminal 5.

Please check with the branch staff about the return location and time when you pick up the car. All vehicles must be returned to the Hertz main compound. All vehicles not returned to the main compound will be charged a collection fee of GBP 50.00 plus parking charges. Vehicles parked outside the terminal buildings will be towed and you will be charged all fees relating to the release of the vehicle.
