Our staff will arrive early at the agreed location to assist you. Since this is a service station, it is essential to add the social media contact provided in our email; otherwise, you may not be able to pick up your vehicle on time. Note: Our normal business hours are from 09:00 to 20:00. If you change your pick-up or return time outside of these hours, additional charges will apply.
