If your arrival is in Terminal T1, take the lift to floor 1 (departures) and exit the terminal. If you are arriving in Terminal T2, just head towards Terminal T1 (arrivals) and then go up to floor 1 (departures) to exit the terminal. Once outside Terminal T1, cross the pedestrian crossing into the public car park. Continue straight on past the baggage trolley room and turn right to continue to the end of the lane. Next to Plaza 11-A you will see the meeting point where you should wait for our Courtesy Shuttle Bus to pick you up.
