TERMINAL 2 – INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS After collecting your luggage, please do the following: Please click on the “Ready to Collect” button on the email we’ve sent you OR Phone our office toll free on 1800 273 922 (or +61 3 7043 7893) and advise you are ready for an Apex shuttle pick-up. From the Arrivals Hall in Terminal 2, walk towards Terminal 3 (T3) and exit the terminal using the main doors Cross the first pedestrian crossing and turn left. Follow the sign for “Hotel & Off Airport Buses” Follow the walkway until you are opposite the INTERNATIONAL TERMINAL (T2). You should see a large sign with “MELBOURNE” in lights inside Terminal 2. Wait here for the Apex shuttle van. TERMINAL 3 – VIRGIN AUSTRALIA DOMESTIC FLIGHTS After collecting your luggage, please do the following: Please click on the “Ready to Collect” button on the email we’ve sent you OR Phone our office toll free on 1800 273 922 (or +61 3 7043 7893) and advise you are ready for an Apex shuttle pick-up. From the baggage claim area in Terminal 3 (T3), exit the terminal via the main doors. Turn left and proceed to the pedestrian crossing outside the main doors for T2 & T3. Cross the first pedestrian crossing and turn left. Follow the signs for “Hotels and Off-Airport Buses”. Follow the walkway until you are opposite the INTERNATIONAL TERMINAL (T2). You should see a large sign with “MELBOURNE” in lights inside Terminal 2. Wait here for the Apex shuttle van. TERMINAL 4 – JETSTAR, TIGER, AND REX DOMESTIC FLIGHTS After collecting your luggage, please do the following: Please click on the “Ready to Collect” button on the email we’ve sent you OR Phone our office toll free on 1800 273 922 (or +61 3 7043 7893) and advise you are ready for an Apex shuttle pick-up. From the baggage claim area of Terminal 4 (T4), exit through the main doors and turn left. Walk past Terminal 3 (T3) and proceed to the pedestrian crossing outside the main doors for T2 & T3. Cross the first pedestrian crossing and turn left. Follow the signs for “Hotels and Off-Airport Buses”. Follow the walkway until you are opposite the INTERNATIONAL TERMINAL (T2). You should see a large sign with “MELBOURNE” in lights inside Terminal 2. Wait here for the Apex shuttle van.
