The rental agent will ask for your name, confirm the terminal you have arrived at and give you instructions on where to meet the dedicated Arnold Clark shuttle bus. Please do not use the car rental village shuttle bus as we provide our own dedicated service and are not situated in the village. We are however situated less than half a mile from the car rental village and our journey time from the terminal should take no longer than five minutes.

We will advise you on where you are to be collected and transferred to the ACE RENT A CAR office which is 5 minutes away. If you need to contact the location, please email acemanchesterairport@gmail.com or call +44-161-488-3000. On return of your vehicle, please RETURN TO THE OFFICE. You must show your Hertz booking confirmation to the shuttle bus driver to avoid being charged to use the shuttle service: Terminal 1: Exit the Arrivals Hall and head towards the black cab rank.
