Pick-up Instructions: The Asia Car rental company's KLIA 1 branch is located at counter 18 inside the airport terminal. Look for the Galaxy Asia Car sign to locate the airport counter. After collecting your luggage, proceed to the arrival hall in Terminal 1 and turn right in front of Gate 5, then take the elevator to the 2nd floor. Follow the signs towards Block C and Block D parking spaces, then turn right to cross the parking lot until you reach the final wall. Enter the Block D area where there is an elevator to Level G, take it down to find the rental car counter. The distance between KLIA 1 and KLIA 2 branches is 10 kilometers, make sure to arrive at the terminal building where the pick-up counter is located. For pick-ups outside of business hours, contact the branch in advance. Additional charges of MYR80 will apply from 19:00 to 21:59, MYR150 from 22:00 to 23:59, and MYR250 from 00:00 to 07:59. Business operates as usual on holidays. When picking up the car, inquire with the staff on how to return the vehicle for added convenience.
