On arrival at the Palma de Mallorca Airport terminal building and as soon as you leave the baggage collection area, exit into the Arrivals Hall. Proceed to the nearest lift and go up to the second (2nd) floor. Once you are on the second floor, exit the terminal building and turn right. Walk along the pavement, following the direction of the traffic, and cross the first pedestrian crossing which is between the gangway to the car park and the end of the terminal building. The complimentary Drivalia Mobility Store shuttle bus will meet you near the other side of that crossing and will promptly take you to our premises situated less than 2 miles away from the Terminal building. The shuttle service runs regularly throughout the day taking clients to and from the office and so if there is no bus on arrival don´t worry, it will be with you soon.

Leave the terminal through exits B or C and cross the street under the bridge towards the airport parking building, there we will be waiting for you next to the "Bar Coffee". The minibus will take you to our office in less than 10 minutes and once there we will check your documentation to sign your contract once paid. To find the shuttle bus for the car rental, once you exit the terminal building, walk through a long corridor until you reach the taxi stand. When you are at the flight arrival area, you have to take the elevator up to the first floor, and just cross the street, the bus will be waiting for you on the right hand side (leaving the building). Once you exit the baggage claim area (1), without leaving the terminal building, turn left and go to the end of the hall (2).You’ll find our office on your left.In this office they’ll give you your rental agreement (3).Once you’ve obtained the rental agreement, leave the terminal Once you’ve obtained the rental agreement, leave the terminal (1) and cross the walkway towards the parking building opposite the terminal (2).Enter the building. The staircases to access the car park are just behind the cafeteria (3).Go up to floor 1.Access the interior of the car park through the door on the right (4).Once inside, turn left and you’ll find the Record go pick-up office. In this office, they’ll give you the keys to your vehicle.

After landing, follow signs towards the exit (Exit) until you reach the baggage reclaim carousels. In front of the first carousel (no. 16), you will see an OK Mobility Store, although the Pickup Store is further ahead. Continue walking by the carousels, following the exit signs (Exit) to leave this area. Turn immediately to the left and continue straight following the “Arrivals C" signs. Next to the pillar and No. 5 Exit, you will find the OK Mobility Pickup Store.
