Waited 30 minutes before taking actual possession of the vehicle. Agent over insistant on selling insurance packages, already covered by credit card or personal insurance. Tried scaring us into renting a larger vehicle (because of the difficult Rocky Mountain hills). Turns out we were already upgraded. Multiple scratches on almost brand new vehicle. None noted on inspection sheet. Went back inside to simply see the agent indicate damages based on my own recollection, or even his own "probable"spots We eventually took photos of all damage to feel more comfortable with eventual issues. Drop off agent refused to inspect the vehicle in our presence upon return. The Vancouver airport may in the end be too busy a place to allow rental agents to do a correct job.

Si on respecte les consignes préalables, la location se fait sans souci (surtout pour la clientèle canadienne et américaine). Le véhicule qui nous été remis était très récent (2019) et le modèle le plus équipé (Nissan Rogue SL AWD) ce qui a fait notre plus grand bonheur. Prix très avantageux. Le seul bémol est que le véhicule nous a été remis sale. L’extérieur a été rincé tout au plus et il restait des objets des locataires antérieurs dans les espaces de rangement (appui-bras et coffre à gant). Je relouerais avec eux sans hésiter.

The CDW included with my gold Mastercard card was not accepted by the provider Routes at the counter. The included insurance is accepted anywhere else but Routes that was a big inconvenient as I had to pay the insurance otherwise they wouldn't let me go with the car. It was an unexpected expense for nothing. Very disappointed.

The car was damaged on every corner. It had a bad humid smell on the inside. The trunk bed was wet when we got it and it didn’t dry the whole week we had the car. The smell probably came from there. Both front lights were burned. We figured it out while driving in complete darkness... thank god the high beems still worked. I didn’t have a problem with the car mechanically. The shuttle from the airport to Routes and back was quick. Overall, I would say it was an ok experience since we paid about half as other companies were charging. Just don’t expect the highest quality of car.

130 dollars paid for a tiny impact on the car windshield is just a robbery! Furthermore, at the Check-in it was impossible to chancel the GPS, finally useless! Bad experience!

Très bien, comme d'habitude : un véhicule en parfait état, très récent, un bon rapport qualité prix. Bonne surprise : pas de frais supplémentaire pour jeune conducteur (26ans) alors qu'Easyrentcars semblait indiquer qu'il y en aurait un.

Le personnel vous trouve le véhicule le plus adapté en vous surclassant éventuellement. Il essaie aussi de vendre des assurances déjà prises avec easyrentcars. Le lieu de restitution au WATERFRONT de Vancouver n'est pas indiqué et donc très difficile à trouver.
